promotional staff glasgow, promo girls glasgowRADLEY – Promotional Staff Case Study

Our staff were tasked with promoting a 20% off sale outside the new Radley store in Glasgow.  Promotional staff to distribute flyers each morning of the two day promotion and in the afternoons walking four Scottish terrier dog around the town to generate interest in the new store.

The promotional team not only had to engage with clients and promote the Radley Brand but they had to manage two dogs each.  They were supplied with matching business attire and Radley bags too making them look the part.

What was the target market?

Radley’s target market was females of any age in the town centre over the 2 days.  In our experience people are more happy to be approached by people who are like themselves so having two smartly dressed ladies approaching female shoppers had a higher rate of success.  Then add four cute Scotty Dogs and you have a winning formula.

People love dogs so they more than happy to give the dogs a fuss and happier to take literature.

The Flyering Campaign Results

The two experienced promotional girls, who live locally to Glasgow who we selected for Radley gave out more than 2,000 flyers during the two day promotional event. This far exceeded anyones expectations.

The feedback from Radley was that the campaign generated huge footfall into the store during that week as people took advantage of the discount voucher.

In addition to the success of the 20% voucher there was real interest in very cute Scottish Terrier Dogs around the town as they matched the company brand perfectly. There were lots of people taking pictures and the stunt generated a positive stir in the town centre.

The dogs added extra interest themselves as people were taking selfies and posting images of themselves with the Radley dogs tagging them in.
