Envisage Promotions – Credit Account Terms

By applying for and using a credit account with Envisage Promotions, you agree to the following terms:

1. Payment Terms
   Credit account invoices are issued monthly in arrears and must be paid in full within 7 working days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed by us in writing.
2. Time of Payment
   Time for payment is of the essence. Failure to make payment within the agreed terms will constitute a breach of this agreement.
3. Late Payment & Suspension of Credit
   If any invoice becomes overdue:
   • the credit facility will be withdrawn immediately without notice;
   • all outstanding balances may become immediately payable;
   • we reserve the right to suspend or refuse any further orders, bookings, production, or services until the account is fully settled.
4. Late Payment Charges
   We reserve the right to charge:
   • statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998;
   • compensation and reasonable recovery costs incurred in recovering overdue sums.
5. Credit Limits
   We reserve the right to set, amend, reduce, suspend, or withdraw any credit limit or credit facility at any time and without prior notice.
6. Retention of Existing Terms
   All goods and services supplied remain subject to our standard Terms & Conditions, which continue to apply in full alongside these credit terms.
7. Authority to Accept Terms
   The person accepting these terms confirms they are authorised to enter into this agreement on behalf of the client company.
8. Right to Refuse Credit
   Approval of a credit account is entirely at our discretion and may be refused or withdrawn at any time.
