What is the caravan and camping show?
The caravan and camping show is the biggest annual indoor camping show in Europe. The event is so big that it is approximately the size of 1,750 campsite pitches! This year’s attendance is expected to be 85,000 people. The show consists many categories such as caravans, motor homes, tents, holiday homes, dog shows and outdoor clothing. This year the camping hall is set to be 68% larger than last year with many brands increasing their stands and also new brads adding to the event. The event has many free activities for people of all ages as well as celebrity guest appearances such as Ashleigh and Pudsey from Britain’s got talent 2012. To get to the caravan and camping show at the NEC take the M42 take the exit off at junction 6. From the roundabout follow the directions for the NEC. Take the second exit on the left, South Way. Follow the route for approximately 50 metres. The entrance of the hotel is located on your right-hand side. With over 16,000 parking spaces and great links via train and plane access to the NEC couldn’t be simpler!
