Our Promotional & Event Staffing Services

Promotional and Brand Staff

Customer-facing staff who represent a brand directly to the public. These are the roles booked when the objective is audience engagement, whether on an exhibition stand or during a street-level sampling activity.

This is the largest of the seven categories and covers most requirements described as promotional staff, brand ambassadors or exhibition staff.

Event Support and Operations

Staff who keep an event running on the ground and behind the scenes. These roles are operational rather than promotional, covering everything from crowd movement and delegate registration through to crew, catering support and site cleaning.

Bookings in this category are usually shift-based and often run across multiple days.

Entertainment and Themed Event Staff

Performers and character staff for events with an entertainment element. Bookings range from a single performer at a family open day through to full character teams across a seasonal programme.

Christmas character work forms a significant seasonal peak within this category, with bookings typically opening from the late summer onwards. All Santa and Father Christmas options sit under the Hire a Santa page.

Retail and Merchandising

Staff for in-store and street-level retail activity. This category covers product sampling and shelf merchandising through to printed material distribution.

Work is often booked as a repeating cycle across a group of stores rather than as a one-off activity.

Crowd Engagement Services

Staff booked to form or to observe an audience rather than to promote a product. This is a smaller and more specialised category, covering television and film extras alongside mystery shopping assignments.

Requirements here are usually driven by numbers and by demographic match rather than by brand knowledge.

Market Research Staff

Staff who gather information from the public on behalf of a brand. This category runs from data capture at a live event through to moderated research sessions in a controlled setting.

These roles carry a higher accuracy requirement than general promotional work, and staff are briefed accordingly.

Models

Represented models for commercial and fashion assignments. Bookings in this category are made from individual portfolios rather than from the general staff pool.

Where a brief calls for a specific look or size, profiles are shortlisted and sent across for selection before the booking is confirmed.
