We were absolutely delighted with Santa (Derek) he was so professional, and great with the kids (and adults)
Santa really took the time to speak to each and every child, and the look in their eyes and to see the smiles on their faces after each visit was amazing.
We couldn’t have asked for a better Santa, he really did make our day and first in house grotto go just as we had imagined.
We would 100% hire Derek ( Santa) again in the future ?

Went the extra mile
Adrian (Santa) visited our shopping centre today and last Saturday and he did an excellent job. He was great with the children and they all had big smiles on their faces. He was very jolly, happy and enjoyed speaking to the families as well as working in Mcdonalds. We had him giving out free carrots to children within McDonalds, giving out orders and even learning how to prepare food. Today he sang happy birthday to someone and the whole shop joined in it really was magical. Last week he was singing Christmas carols at the tills in McDonald’s too, it made a great impression on our social media as I was following him around and getting his jolly self on video. He put in extra effort talking on video which not many people want to do, he went the extra mile to make Christmas special at Fishergate Shopping Centre.

Couldn’t have been more impressed
We couldn’t have been more impressed with Clive (Santa.) He made the day so magical and such a special and memorable occasion for the girls and parents. He was courteous, engaged, polite and dynamic throughout. Our winter fair was Narnia themed, and he even went out of his way to research and use phrases and references to the books, which was such an amazing extra detail which really added to the experience.
