The queue staff were brilliant.
The queue staff were brilliant. They engaged with the visitors while they were waiting to enter the event and directed guests to the ticket staff to be checked in. They were the first point of contact for our guest and great ambassadors to our event

Great from brief to delivery!
Envisage were great from initial enquiry to staffing. They came back very quickly on all messages which was very helpful as the job was fairly last minute. The staff they supplied were all great. Wouldn't hesitate to use them for any other promotional/photoshoot activity.

Best Santa I have ever seen
Firstly, can I say that the Santa that you arranged, was absolutely amazing and exceeded all of my expectations, he was in full character and from start to finish, he came out and saying ‘Hello to everyone’ then going into our grotto and the way he interacted with the families, was absolutely 100%, my staff and their families were so blown away with him and the tricks that he did could only be described as magical, even some of the adults were believing in him, he had time to engage with the children and their family and was simply awesome.
Thank you so, so much for sending us undoubtedly the best Santa I have ever seen. He made our Family Christmas day the best it could had been.

Wonderful
Everything went really well, Peter, did a wonderful job. He entertained the kids and parents. Remained in character the whole time. I had several people come up to me and ask where we had hired him from, as well as commenting on his amazing costume. Not a single complaint or anything he could have done better. Kids loved him, parents loved him. Honestly made the day. Hope this helps, happy new year!

Santa Ken has been our best Santa that we have hired from you over the years.
He was punctual, polite and friendly with an obvious love for the job.
He spent time talking to the children individually and made their Christmas extra special.

Enjoyable experience
I wanted to let you know how pleased we were with Rich our Santa at our railway. He really made the event and was superb and what he did, all the children loved him and he put so much effort into making it an enjoyable experience.

Absolutely brilliant
My family and I would like to say a huge thank you to you all and William, our Santa, for making our family party yesterday so special.
We have been impressed with the whole process of booking with you and all of the updates leading up to our event.
William was absolutely brilliant from the moment he arrived to the moment he left. He engaged with our grandchildren, and they with him all through the hour and he dealt brilliantly with one of our younger grandson’s who was a little shy. Santa read stories, told jokes, answered questions from and chatted with the children, gave out gifts and posed for lots of lovely photos for us to cherish. All in all our event was made very special by Santa’s visit and we think William is a credit to your company.
Thank you all again so much, we will definitely be back in the future.

I would like to say the Jullian was amazing, very professional and catered to our needs.
