The queue staff were brilliant.
The queue staff were brilliant. They engaged with the visitors while they were waiting to enter the event and directed guests to the ticket staff to be checked in. They were the first point of contact for our guest and great ambassadors to our event

Great from brief to delivery!
Envisage were great from initial enquiry to staffing. They came back very quickly on all messages which was very helpful as the job was fairly last minute. The staff they supplied were all great. Wouldn't hesitate to use them for any other promotional/photoshoot activity.

Great Company

I know I already sent a text message around our Santa visit, but just in case it wasn't passed on - The Santa you sent was amazing. So easy to work with
We just wanted to send over a quick email to say thank you! We had Jerry as our Santa for our breakfast with Santa on 10th December and he was great, all the customers raved about how realistic he looked and how amazing he was with the kids. He was so easy to work with, arrived early to get ready, gave out the gifts as we asked and everyone enjoyed him as Santa.
We’ve attached some photos of Jerry at the hotel. We’re still finalising plans for another similar event this year, but we’ll happily be booking again! If you please pass on our thanks to Jerry too – very happy we booked in with yourselves.

Highlight of our show
I wanted to take a moment to say a big thank you to Stephen who was our Santa at the school fair back in December.
We were a bit nervous about hiring a santa claus, given that this is the first time we have done this it was a big expense.
However we need not have worried. Stephen was magical. His mannerism were so realistic and he was even down on the floor engaging with children. We can not thank him enough. He was the highlight of our show.Thanks Again.

Nothing but favourable feedback
We have nothing but favourable feedback for our Santa.
David arrived very promptly, in fact he was earlier than we anticipated, which was fantastic as it meant none of the children saw him (we always have a few who come early).
His outfit was great and without the need for a fake beard he was just what we wanted from the hire.
David was amazing with the children and parents alike. The first hour of our event was for the ASN children in our community. He respected and took into account their additional needs and all but a couple of them eventually warmed to him enough to interact. The parents/carers gave us wonderful feedback and thanks to give to him. Please pass this on.
During the event, David saw 138 children with 70 parents/carers. He took time with each and every one of them. Getting to know what they had been doing and of course, what they'd like for Christmas. Even the babies loved him, not a screaming one in sight. He did this all while keeping within our times allotted per child.
David even took time to walk among the children while they took part in the other activities during the event.
We can't sing his praises enough and hope to have him join us again next year.
