Super friendly and very enthusiastic
We had Marlon as our cleaner for the event, and he was absolutely brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble and he got everything done without being asked and he fitted in brilliantly with the team. We would like to be able to request him to work with us again at another event.
The parking team were also great. It was a quiet patch of the event when all the guests were onsite and not needing support moving their cars, they were all however super friendly and very enthusiastic, which was a lovely energy to work with.Thanks again, Jenny

Great service
Thank you to all the staff on Saturday.
It was a long hot day, they did a great job and did everything asked of them. All were polite and professional.
Only thing to note- they were asked to wear black, which we felt was rather tough considering the heat and we had warned the company that there was little shade in the field!

The car park team did a fantastic job, and can you pass on a particular thanks to the route marshal team who were stationed out in the sun all day, their help was really appreciated!

Best temp staff we’ve had
I just wanted to give some feedback following the event at Hartpury on Saturday.
Simon and Andrei were brilliant, the best temp staff we’ve had working at these events for us. They were organised and confident and made a really good team. They enabled me to run the event without any concerns over parking or access issues, which was very much appreciated.
We run open days regularly, so it’s likely that we’ll need staff again and we’d love to have both Andrei and Simon back if they were interested in working with us again.

Extremely pleased
It went very well.
We started from a very late chronological position (compared to previous years) with regard to organising the registration support.
We are a charity of volunteers – either people with ME or parents of children with ME.
So many of them dared not attend due to covid concerns.So everything was arranged quite later. But we were extremely relieved that the staff we hired was not only very pleasant and easy to work with, but was extremely professional, courteous and supportive of the charity.
It meant that we had no worries and the way that the staff member took on more responsibilities meant that we in the charity were relieved on having to organise certain things, and could concentrate on running the events.So extremely pleased.

Andrew was very professional, he looked great and spent time mixing with the guests just as we'd asked. He liaised with me and the venue staff, so I didn't feel I had to worry about a thing.
