Hannah was absolutely amazing
Hello,
Thank you for providing a helper so last minute. Hannah was absolutely amazing, she helped and listened throughout and was a real credit to us. Hannah helped us secure a lot of leads over the 2 days as she was in charge of scanning badges and also speaking to customers that we couldn’t get to. She understood the basics of what we did and used this to approach customers, and had the confidence to hold a conversation, but also brought me into the conversation if she felt she needed the support. Always scanning customers ( even when we forgot!! ) and filing up the leaflet stand, and being totally approachable. Great talker too, and it felt like she was really part of us! A real shame to see her go! ? ( can we already have her for next year?? haha )
Hannah was an absolute pleasure to work with, please do pass on our gratitude again. 5 stars!! We loved her ?

We would not hesitate to recommend Derek and hire him again
We requested and hired Derek for our Santa's grotto at our Christmas Fayre as he did a great job for us in 2021 as Santa - and this year he was just as good! He was enjoyed by all the children (their parents told us he was brilliant) and was flexible and accommodating. Derek spends quality time with the children whilst sticking to a timescale and goes the extra mile with his fabulous acting skills. He is very kind and good at what he does. He also provided us with quality feedback. We would not hesitate to recommend Derek and hire him again in the future.

The hiring of a Father Christmas for our corporate Children's party was very easy process. After providing them with information about the event and what we was requiring, they provided us with the perfect match. The children and their parents all really liked him and the morning went without any issue.

Santa was WONDERFUL! He did an amazing job engaging people and getting them to come into our shopping area from the riverside. He was friendly and good fun, and had lots of people chatting, laughing, taking selfies. We would 100% have him back.

We were then invited to take the children down to see Santa - and here I have no complaints at all. Santa was excellent - give him our regards before he goes back to the north Pole! Very jolly, chatty and put the children at ease - Well done.
