The queue staff were brilliant.
The queue staff were brilliant. They engaged with the visitors while they were waiting to enter the event and directed guests to the ticket staff to be checked in. They were the first point of contact for our guest and great ambassadors to our event

Great from brief to delivery!
Envisage were great from initial enquiry to staffing. They came back very quickly on all messages which was very helpful as the job was fairly last minute. The staff they supplied were all great. Wouldn't hesitate to use them for any other promotional/photoshoot activity.

Great Company

Our Santa was great thanks we had lots of fun and it was a great surprise for the children, I know that home visits is not the regular thing for your Santa’s but it totally beats standing in the rain in a long queue to see a Santa.

Really believable and authentic Santa
Frank was a brilliant Santa and a lovely man. It was a pleasure to have him with us at World of Wedgwood.
His real beard made him into a really believable and authentic Santa and there has been great feedback from our guests. I am sure we would be delighted to have him back next year!

I would just like to say a Big thank you to James for his time with us in our Santa’s grotto. It was clear that all the children and young people who came to see Santa really enjoyed meeting him and it made their year! Like last year James was great and gave every event his all and really embraced his role as Santa, making the children’s’ experience of Christmas even more special.
James was very adaptable and worked with us in fulfilling his role and job. On the Thursday session our bus broke down which meant that we couldn’t get the grotto onsite for the children and young people. However, James worked with us and my staff team and still managed to get onsite to see some of the children and handed out some presents. Adapting to the environment very quickly and openly.
Thank you all once again for helping us successfully carry off a Santa’s grotto experience for our children and young people. ?

The whole club was delighted
I spoke to the Santa on the night and told him he was fantastic and doing a great job. All the kids loved him he really interacted well with all the kids and adults.
