Experienced Exhibition Staff for Xbox

Envisage Staffing Agency got an enquiry for 33 event staff members including 1 event manager to help assist our client in a brand-new game launch Mortal Kombat X at the KoKo Arena in London. As this was a “Launch” event there was celebrities there to help advertise the game by playing it live on Twitch, some of the celebrities were Chris Eubank Jr, Mesut Ozil and Kolisinac!

What our event staff!

Our event staff were asked to manage all the gaming stations that were accessible to the public and help look after the VIP members of the event.

They also assisted in helping people play the Mortal Kombat game. This involved restarting the games, encouraging the public who bought tickets to come and play and keeping the game positions looking tidy.

Training was provided by the client to all our staff members. Our exhibition staff were spaced around the Koko arena ensuring that all the members of the public were getting a fair play time as there was around 1,000 members of the public to try and manage over a 7-hour period for the brand-new game launch.

Our VIP Exhibition staff had to take very good care of the VIP’s at the event ensuring that they were not being hassled by members of the public and to ensure that they were having a great gaming experience.

The Event Result

The results of this event were amazing as the event had very high Twitch viewers and all VIP, journalists loved their time at the KoKo Arena due to our fantastic hard working exhibition staff. All the members of the public who attended the event also all enjoyed their experience with being able to play Mortal Kombat before the official release date to purchase.
