hire road show teams ukWe provided event managers and promotional staff at the Change 4 Life, a NHS and government initiative to promote healthy eating across the Uk over the three year campaign.  One of these locations was Gateshead.  At this location our client needed an Event Manager and 14 event staff to manage the games and activities.  In addition to this the client needed help setting up and packing down.

The people of Gateshead threw themselves into the activities that were on show at the event. The Change 4 life live road shows includes many interactive games and challenges to promote healthy living with daily exercise linked with kitchen areas to demonstrate healthy eating. 

Our client then added additional staff to go around the event and encourage people to sign up to the NHS program.They were set with daily targets and the sign ups were done in iPads.  For those that signed up they got a free goody bag.

The feedback from the client was ‘ it was a hugely successful day with record numbers of people signing up to the government initiative’
