The goal – Each lead generator was set a target of generating 50 good quality leads for each shift they worked at the branch assigned to them.

This is when the lead generation staff will politely approach them and have a conversation about what’s going on. They then obtain the renewal dates of their Insurance policies along with name and all contact information. This information is then collected at the end of the day for the branch to record the details and arrange a call back to discuss the insurance with the potential client at the right time.
 
All the lead generation staff are given a full breakdown about the A Plan insurance business before they work an event. This way they have a great understanding not only about the type of insurance A Plan can offer but also about the history of the business. This way, should any members of the public have any questions, they can answer them with confidence and authority.

The outcome – Each branch we work with always provide us with feedback on not only the performance of the lead generators but also the results.
