Hospitality Staff and Event Route Marshals

This year Envisage were tasked with supplying a team of catering, hospitality staff, promotional and brand ambassador staff to assist with all eight locations. Each stage including (Castle Douglas, Kendal, Tatton Park, Builth Wells, Bath, Haytor, Bristol and London). Each stage varied from anything from two staff members through to twenty-two.

Our staff were placed on the finish line area of each stage and were tasked with providing a VIP experience for delegates in attendance. Catering staff ensured the flow of food to the buffet, hospitality staff ensured delegates had a VIP experience whilst working alongside the bar staff. As with all large scale events Envisage assign a designated Event Manager to manage the team and liaise directly between yourself and your team.
