3 Ways To Launch A Brand New Store

ideas for store launchesIf you’re thinking that a new high street branch is off the cards, think again. There is no denying that the high street has suffered a little in 2020, but with the right product and a launch that packs a punch, there is every chance that a brand new store can be successful.

Here are some of our tips to help make sure things work out for you……..

Get The Word Out There

Before you even launch, you need to start getting the word out there about your product and the all-important launch date. Think about what you can to do get the attention of local newspapers, after all, we know they love a good news story! You can advertise with them too, but a feature in the press will do wonders for your brand. Maybe see if there are any local bloggers and influencers that want to get involved too.

Think Advertising

Once things start happening with the local press and the local community in general, you want to start ramping up your advertising. Ensure that people know when you are launching – and what they can expect on the day. It is a good idea to give them a reason to visit, so tempt them along by offering discounts and freebies on the day.

Make sure the advertising covers what you’re offering, why people need it and of course when they’ll be able to get their hands on it.

Social media is a great advertising tool as well. Get involved in local Facebook groups, post on Facebook pages and of course, set up your own Facebook page and start by asking friends and family to like it. Investigate hashtags to use and get involved in local pages which will help draw people towards your brand and launch day too.

Have a Launch Day

Launch day is exciting but you can’t let the momentum drop. Take steps to ensure that your launch days looks busy – invite friends and family along for a start. It is also possible to hire a group of people to be there and look like people interested in the brand – a great way to get people interested. We’re able to help with a range of on-the-day promotions such as flash-mobs, promotional staff, giveaways, surveys and much more.

You want people to enjoy being there – that way they’ll tell their friends, post on social media and help spread the word that your new high street store has launched and that can only be a good thing.
